1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The wrong product was delivered
• The size or design is different from what you ordered

The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unwashed
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The tag must remain attached
• You must provide order number and proof (photo/video) of the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items used or washed
• Items damaged by the customer
• Products without original tags

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• If approved, your refund will be processed
• Refunds may be provided through Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad)

Refund processing time may take 3–7 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we can offer:

• Product replacement, or
• Full refund

• Delivery charges are non-refundable

১. রিটার্ন করার শর্ত

আপনি নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন:

• পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে
• পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে
• ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে
• অর্ডারের সাথে ডিজাইন বা সাইজ ভিন্ন হলে

পণ্য পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট করতে হবে।

২. রিটার্নের জন্য শর্তাবলী

রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হতে হলে:

• পণ্য ব্যবহৃত বা ধোয়া যাবে না
• পণ্য মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে
• ট্যাগ অক্ষত থাকতে হবে
• সমস্যা প্রমাণের জন্য ছবি বা ভিডিও দিতে হবে

৩. যে পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়

নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে না:

• ব্যবহৃত বা ধোয়া পণ্য
• গ্রাহকের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
• ট্যাগ ছাড়া পণ্য

৪. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া

আমরা পণ্য যাচাই করার পর:

• রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে
• রিফান্ড দেওয়া হতে পারে bKash / Nagad এর মাধ্যমে

রিফান্ড পেতে ৩–৭ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।

৫. এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি

যদি ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য পান, তাহলে আমরা দিতে পারি:

• পণ্য পরিবর্তন (Replacement) অথবা
• সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত

৬. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

• ডেলিভারি চার্জ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়
• আমাদের ভুল না হলে রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে
